Springs are 8" springs but actually when you measure them are 8 1/2".
350lb front and 250lb rear give a really well balanced car. Andyh

My rear springs are vertical as I'm using the BMW semi trailing arms rather than the roadster IRS or locost live axle. (I just wanted to be different!) I have a fair bit of unsprung weight there, more than a roadster anyway, does that also affect spring rate?

Type in "spring rate spreadsheet" in a search on web and it brings up loads of info.
