Default Saturn Track Day - Teesside Friday 13th

As it says. Anybody in the Teesside area this Friday is welcome to come along for a blast round Teesside Autodrome, we'll be there and i believe Mark along with his CVH Roadster. Will be great fun again weather permitting and the fact that its Friday the 13th......

Anybody welcome......AndyH

Can I bring the bike?

Bring whatever you like Gaz.... Mark has booked up now so there will be 2 spare seats for willing participants.

And I'm stuck in a field in Malvern.........................but we've had a fantastic day's trading so I'm smiling even if I'm not at a track day.

Best bit so far: Getting it running
Worst bit so far: Cutting steel for wishbones and engine mounts.
Most annoying bit so far: Generator packing up half way through welding.

Went very well David - although pissing down and soaked on morning track started drying come afternoon and had some great drifting and sliding moments and great fun in the damp then as it dried just got even more fun......

If you're still going tonight its looking like a very nice night - wish i could afford it again.

Have a good one...>AndyH

I bottled out in the end because of the weather! it was absolutely pouring down when i got up so i took a 4 wheel drive audi instead

I thought it was going to be a bit dissapointing because it was raining so bad but the 4 wheel drive quattro system is absolutely amazing, ive never really pushed that hard in the wet before but it just took it in its stride and i was faster than pretty much everyone there

All the seven replicas, Imprezas, evos and even an m5 were all just getting in my way, they just couldnt fing any grip in the corners so they all just had to move over when they saw me coming which was nice

I know it would have been a different story if was dry but had fun all the same.

Cant wait for the next one and hope its dry so i can take the roadster.
