ive always wanted to stick a helicopter engine on a car !! single engined squirrell they come bolted into a nice frame from the factory !

Its been done, went to NEC few years back and saw DAX Rush with helicopter in it, got pics somewhere looked brill see if I can sort them out and post.

Type 9's dont take a lot of SHP (shaft horse power)

I had a V6 type 9, it had destroyed it's input shaft gears.

It had previously graphed 256BHP though

Personaly I would not expect one to last any time at all over 200bhp , and only then on a turbo engine where torque builds higher up the range.
