Thumbs up Possible donor car

My wifes grandad has been driving a sierra around for donkeys years and every year it needs more and more work for its mot (mainly welding underneath)

I always told him i wanted first refusal if he ever wanted to get rid! and now he does

Im going to look at it tommorow and may sell it to someone from here if anyone is interested?

Unsure on spec at the moment as i havnt seen it for ages, i know its blue and petrol

I think its probably a 1.8cvh type 9 etc etc

He only uses it once a week to go shoppping so hopefully lowish miles

Price will be massively dependant on condition but it will be between £300 and £350 if its any good, any less than 300 and i may as well keep the bits for spares for my own car, which was the original reason i wanted it but knowing how hard it is to find a donor at the moment i think i would rather see it turn into another roadster rather than gather dust as spares for my own

I know how hard it is to find a decent donor at the moment and people have realised this and sierras are going up in value so think the price is reasonable

I will start a new thread tommorow once i know exact spec and condition etc

Hope this will help someones build
