Excellent Customer Service from Saturn!

Just wanted to publicly thank Andy at Saturn for the excellent customer service that I have received. About half an hour after I received my bonnet, I managed to chip and crack the rear edge of it my banging against my garden wall! I emailed Andy, and within an hour, he'd replied, saying that I could either send the bonnet back to him for repair, or he'd send me a repair kit with instructions, both free of charge! For my mistake! You don't see customer service like that very often these days, and it deserves some praise.

Thanks again Andy, I'm sure with this level of service, Saturn will continue to go from strength to strength.
