460's!!!
That's a lot of fuel. You don't want to jump to high as the fine control will be difficult without a good ECU. TT

My turbo supplier - one of the biggest in my country - actually sent me the following turbo due to the high altitude Im staying, well above 5000ft ASL. The unit is a T28/T3.
These guys do turbo installations all the time and I was told today by the headman that they never modify 1.6 to 2.0L engines and turbo them standard as they are between 0.6 - 0.9 bar with no problems and all their work carries a 6 months guarantee.... According to the company they usually get around 250hp and in some rare cases close to 300hp before working on the bottom end on 2.0L engines Apparently the trick is in the correct mapping of the CPU on a dyno. However, Im going for a mild boost of only about 8psi (0.5bar) and I believe that the Ford Zetec is up to that easily in stock standard form and should give me a minimum of 200hp without breaking a sweat. I have a clip of a Focus 1.8 turbo on the dyno producing 239.8bhp. The mod was done by Bailey engineering Ltd and the engine stock standard. |

Although my preference would be more around the 400cc and up the fuel pressure a little if you start to run out of duty cycle
