![]() well today has been rubbish, damn coil pack decided to give up on me at lunch time... stupid vauxhall know about the problem (apparently its a re-occuring one) but havnt done anything about it! had to drive it home on stupid limited power mode... theres lots of hills up here so that was fun...
£100 out of pocket ![]() just a hint.... DONT BUY A VAUXHALL (Corsa) put a right downer on my day... rant over ![]()

![]() Youre not alone Jake,Audi VW Renault Ford all have the same faults if one goes change the lot as you can guarantee they will fail.

![]() Definatly a bad fault with vauxhalls. Ive had an 05 astra since new and its had 3 coil packs. Acording to the last AA man i spoke to they are made on the cheap, mind you they arent bloody cheap to buy. I ended up buying a spare which i keep in the boot because the aa wont pick you up for the same problem within 3 months. There a bugger to get hold of too cos theres loads of variations in the pin plug shape. They always seem to go when its peeing it down so maybe something to do with the damp. biggest problem on the vauxhalls is that all four coils are in one sealed pack which sit on the rocker cover so cost a fortune
