Hi skov are you using a polo radiator. If so is it from a mk2?

What type of expansion bottle have you used? All the ones I have looked at seem to have too many outlets.

Build cost.... seems to be spending more on tools than car bits at the moment! (they will be handy in the future though).

Sorry Chris, the red one is no more
I was running low on red vinyl, and chopped the red cover up the other night to make some more interior panels...
