 It's not so much the material as the time it take to do properly, remember these will need to be to size and square, this is a lot of work. TK

1 off 1000x1000x3mm mild steel sheet cut in to 30mm , 40mm , 60mm and 150mm strips then cut to suit. This is best done with a industrial guillotine that has elephant feet to hold it square.
