Default Saturn Aeroscreen and IVA

Has anyone gone through the IVA with a saturn aeroscreen fitted? I would like to get mine fitted so I can mount the mirrors so they do not clash but thinking it might be easier to not have it for IVA - I'm thinking about fitting it now and then simply removing the testing and popping some blank grommets in the holes for the test.
