Default Mx5 subframes

Hi has anyone used or thought about using mx5 subframes complete with wishbones, steering rack etc as used in Mev Exocet instead of fabricating bones or just Mx5 bones with brackets.
I have been reading up on the net and there doesn't seem like there is much difference in sizes either way, the reason I'm asking is because I'm altering a chassis which was built for Sierra donor and I have not bought any bones or brackets yet.
Any information would be appreciated Mick.

They're very heavy, the exocet race car doesn't use them because of the weight.
