Hi Johno,

Did you make yours to this spec? It would suggest Phils measurement is 175mm but I have run up some drawings keeping the MX5 standard track width, wheel centre to centre on standard offset, of 56.2" (1430mm) and using the Saturn bracket points the top bones would need to be ~220mm.

Cheers
Stot

Heres the Saturn pic broken down into 10mm incriments.

Comes in around 225mm to the back of the jig so even more confusing. Ill let Phil cary on with what he is doing and get on with some work now...

edit: OK optical illusion. Looks like the 200mm is measured from the back of the jig on your pic Johno, it must be to the back of the bush tube and the line carries on. Hard to see in low resolution. Changes the track at the back somewhat.

Cheers
Stot

As I cant leave well alone..

With the 200mm top bones. dont know if this leaves enough room for the driveshavts to flex but im sure you will find out Phil.

Me again.

Dry fitted this last setup when I got home and the drive shaft CV joint has 20mm each way for the above setup so looks to be in the middle of its range.

Cheers

Hi Stot,
Yeah the dim line isn't very clear but it is from the rear of the bush tube to centre of hole...
