Default Poly bush grease

Hi all,
What type of grease should I use for the poly bushes on my wishbones. I know there is different opinions on this so just want your advice please...
Also TSM Locost recommended fitting grease nipples to the bush tubes which seems a good idea, anybody done this? (stops the squeaking).

My polybushes were making horrible groaninig noises, and they were not becoming quieter with time. I looked at specialised greases for polybushes on ebay, but I'm pretty sure they are just repackaged silicone jelly or white lithium grease.

I used normal bearing grease (Motul TechGrease 300), stuffed the bushes with it manually. The sequeaking disappeared, and suspension became much softer and more responsive, now that there's no binding. I did that about a month ago, so I cannot comment on long term effects.

I used a silicone grease, Molykote 111 as I use it for the o-rings in my air rifles.

Its ~£13 a tube but it lasts forever because you only need a tiny bit although I bought a tube for £6 off a guy who has to open a brand new tube every time they grease the o-rings on a machine at work and then usually throw the virtually full tube away.

Cheers
Stot
