Default Build on ebay NTDWM

Just spotted this on the bay of thieves........needs to start using a spellchecker!!!

I wonder how he planned to bolt the steering column in?

not much up on the cost of these chassis, but that to me is OTT, i am sure i could materials for around £150 new
