Default Solid axle to IRS

Hi again all, to start i will tell the crack with this build on what i am doing.
Was a MK1 escort rear axle so thats gone to get a wider rear track by 4 inch, so i was going to use a Capri axle as they are wider by the 4 inch.
BUT now i am thinking on going IRS with a sierra diff and make up the rest, i think there is enough room for it to be done aswell.

Can anyone give any more thought into this idea as i woant it to be still road useable lol

wolly

Look at a DeDion set up
You use the live axle mountings and links but use the Sierra diff shafts and hubs
