Anything that will fall out of the sky at Stoneleigh will seem like drizzle to us Cornish folk

Don't fret mate .... I'll be up there on my lonesome too ( Another Billy no mates )

Last year, I had an absolute blast & had a very warm welcome from everyone I met.

Heck, even Chris Gibbs spoke to me .... He said " Get out of my way "

Only kidding, Chris is a top guy

Default I'll be there

Glad to see there will be good turn out at the show. Can't wait to have a good look round some finished roadsters and to pick up some inspiration that will turn my pile of wood (for the build table) and metal in to a car!

Does anyone remember my second post "Will I fit: footwell length and driver height?"? http://www.haynes.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=3745. It would be nice if some kind member would let us try their Roadster for a 'fitting'.

We are (that's me and my wife) planning on dropping in to the show on Sunday pm, but depending on the weather it may be Monday morning. We are staying overnight nearby, not in a tent I hasten to add, stopped camping many moons ago.

Might have to bring the mutt. Does anyone know if dogs are allowed in to the show ground? Otherwise we'll leave him in the car with a few copies of CKC.

We've had a bit of a result for the barby/griddle, I've got a half full 11KG cylinder of propane to run it from FOC . Don't forget to bring your own grub to cook on it .
