That also look very like my MR2 Mk2 alternator, i stole a replacement of a supra as it was the same making me think that the same alternator may be fitted to may models.

I got one of those underdrive ali pulley sets so i can bore the alternator pulley to any size I like so that wont be a problem. http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c2...m3/a111112.jpg.

i was after 6pk (6 grove) or 5 when i was looking for my own build and there was none about then also the smallest body denso's (>40A) usualy have 3pk or v belt as std fitments also the denso pully is a small bore so it was sleave and larger bore pully job
powervamp do them now as i just seen at exeter show

i ended up useing a larger birdcage (internal fan) alternator made by mitsubishi 70A with a bespoke mount
