I agree flat pack is the way to go but I am on plan C at the moment. It seems to be a waste of an otherwise good rolling chassis to just use the 4 corners so I am toying with the idea of chopping it down to make a roadster style chassis. It would end up being about 6 in wider and 4 in longer but it would be even more unique than following the book dimensions.

The chassis is heavy compared to a 25mm frame and that's reflected in heavier suspension etc but it lends itself to the fitment of an RV8.

Yesterday, I spent some cash on a mig welder, some axle stands and other tools that I didn't already have so I am getting closer to making the final decision on where this build is going.

I have decided that no matter what, the Ford V6 is not going to be used, that's going on eBay to get it out of the way and out often decision making process :-)
