Sorry for being a pain guys, my book is in Chester, by build is in Staffs & i'm in Portsmouth with a free week & access to a lathe. that's the only reason I ask.

Here you go, there are several ways to add flats for the spanner, the drawing shows a hexagon, this can be either end of the 25mm diameter section, or in the middle even. Or you could just machine 2 flats into 25mm bar. TK

Hi twin nice bit of machining there mate, builds been a bit stagnant lately, between selling one house partners aunt going into a home etc, going to see leeroy browns build on Sunday but the important bit is the big match tomorrow morning, being forced to go to the pub to watch it and i dont want to go. I dont think
