God that takes me back.....
Ford Classic.. My first real car..1970.

Had a Reliant Regal side valve before that.
Driving it on a bike licence..Them were the days.

How about a Rover P5 or if you want something a bit more modern, the P6. The smaller automatics in the P6 drive very nicely and if you want some serious fun go for the 3500

Default Dolly Sprint

Nice looking motor Chris.

In spite of being an avid all things Triumph fan. The Dolly Was not one of my favorites.

Very prone to head gasket failure .
Bit like the Rover K series engine.

A long way to go and a tad overpriced being as it is not road tax exempt (1973 or older ).

For me its the Triumph 2000/2500TC/2500PI all done in saloon or estate with an auto option.

Cant beat the sound of that straight six engine

No Alfa Romeo Guilias on ebay.

The last one I saw had a tree growing through it!

They go very rusty.

Cheers

Close enough for you to have a gander at.

I wouldnt advise buying without first having a good look.

May be a good buy if it is a project car that you are looking for ??

The ebay user name cracked me up though.
