Weird week last week but shoulder feeling tickety boo now, even managed a play up the creek in a kayak today with no nasty surprises, was told it would be a good workout for my shoulder if I took it steady... so doctors orders were to go "play" so I did...

Rememer when I had my boat moored at Gweek, only went & got stuck in the mud as the tide was about to turn
Right up to my nuts !!??

Good job that there was plenty of rope handy & my mates were able to pull me free.
I blame the old egine block that I was carrying at the time, an old block makes a great mooring plate but probably not the wisest thing to try & do in a mud estuary

I looked in my pants, what I saw was definately not mud
