VIN Number

Thanks to guidance from AshG I got sent a VIN number by the DVLA for my Roadster

However, the letter (Form V842) requests that I have a dealer? sign and stamp the letter to verify that the VIN has been applied to the chassis / frame. A dealer for what? How the heck am I supposed to get my rolling chassis anywhere to get stamped?
