seats
The seats and runners arrived yesterday. Unfortunately, they had white piping instead of the requested red.
 Oh well, I don't think I'll be using them again. They told me the carrier could not locate my address and they had regiven them the information. In fact the seats were fedexed overnight. Their communication is bad and I don't think I was getting the full story from them. I would prefer upfront honesty from the people I deal with even if I don't like what they're saying. Anyway, I guess white goes with any colour?

Sorry to hear that, my experience was spot on.
Courriers vary from brilliant to worse than totally abysmal. Sadly it's not related to any one company just random. I had one try to deliver a package 3 times to my work address after hours when we were shut!! TT
