Car is 98 % built, just needs to be stripped for powder coat, plating and final assembly. Remaining 2 % is to fit Hydralic Clutch and permanent fuel lines once I remove the engine & gearbox.

Best part of build, trying to redesign every auxillary component of the Cologne V6 engine to make it work of fit! More importantly, the new mates from Stoneleigh & Exeter Show each year.

Honestly Ronnie don't give up your build mate, leave the forum/your build alone for a while.

I think everyone becomes disillusioned with the whole thing from time to time, but you've put so much in to sell it away now. ive a picture of your red chassis in your garden that gee's me on, thinking ill be there soon!

Anyways ive just put the ss1/cp11 assembly's on, going to 'V' prep my tranny tubes and get up early and crack on before work!! or ill just probably snooze in

Cheers Will

Got a day on my build today as it happens.

Chassis is about 90% done, seat belt mountings to do along with back stays on roll bar. Made headlight mountings today and gearbox xmember plus altered the gearchange frame to remove the standard rubber bushings for a more positive shift.

Best part of build? making the inlet manifold.

D.

80% built then stripped for painting. Painted chassis & bones a week ago. Used an industrial machinery enamel bl!!dy stuff is still slightly soft. I so had better not be stripping this again

Very similar position to TT
Chassis rolling, brake and fuel lines fitted, all body work trial fitted, engine in but not running.

However not had any time lately, doing a roof conversion in my spare time and working all the time to pay for my wedding.

Rolling chassis, engine running but needs some tuning. Most bodywork fitted. Really just need to fit front wings, get a propshaft and sort out all the IVA items and she will be ready.

Progress slightly delayed at the moment as I got married on saturday and fly to Florida tomorrow
