Don't have problems on FFox, or IE8 .
It's something I have had trouble with on various sites B4. And something I had trouble fixing ( and I should be more qualified than most LOL ). You could try creating a new windows user, log in as them and see if the problem persists (this should create a new instance of explorer with default settings) TT
