Full title is Haynes 7 Build Your Own. I got it last year and they put it straight on for me at registration, not a lucky coincidence unfortunately.

Cheers

Yeah I sampled it earlier in the thread.

Another day another idea. The flat windscreen makes the wind fly right round into your face at speed and I have had a pair of brackets in a tin for the last 15 years I thought I could make some use of.

I milled a ridge on the edge as I only have 2 and this will stop them trying to swivel when mounted.

I laser cut some wings from 5mm acrylic and mounted the brackets.

Mounted them to the windscreen frame with some self tappers and jobs a good un.

Should help deflect the wind behind my head instead of right in my face.

Cheers

I'd be interested to know it this helps. I've been reading about this topic, and it seems that the only solution to the wind buffetting problem is full size sidescreens.

I have some similar to these on ebay 111444275589, and yes they are a big improvement than just a screen although full side screens are better.

Yeah I had some on my Jester, they helped a lot. I mean long hair still flails like a galloping horses tail but you dont need to drive doing your best Gilbert Gottfried impression.
