Just catching up on this thread. Despite the sale of mine, I would be happy to help if there was a need for a vehicle register - it could link in with the plaques.
If not, I will pass on the plaques to a willing volunteer.

Thanks Slim...I was hoping you,d come along & say that

It looks like the "wheels" are in motion for forming this club, we can all chat at stoneleigh then after the show I,ll get some firm info out to you all from discussions/suggestions made at stoneleigh so that we can make it happen etc.

cheers

Looking forward to meeting everyone and chatting about the club on Saturday. To start the ball rolling I am happy to donate one of the resin model minituare chassis for a raffle with all proceeds going to the soon to be club. It may generate some interest too. Is there a stand that would be willing to display the chassis and take the money for the tickets etc?

WOW what a fantastic generous offer John, on behalf of the "club to be" I,d like to say a HUGE THANKYOU....

I,m sure we,ll find somewhere for the chassis to be displayed & i,m sure most forum members will want a chance of winning the raffle......what a great idea.

Again.....Thankyou

cheers

That's a great gesture John .... Where do I get my raffle tickets from

Just a sugestion !!

I think that chassis model would look fantastic on display alongside one of HandyAndy's lat pack chassis kits

Folk will be able to see exactly what that pile of steel will look like when it is all put together
