renault scenic seats...

Am I right in thinking that it is only the centre rear seat that is useable? Just wondered about the ones right in the boot?

I just went for the centre seats as they were recommended by others who had used them. I am not sure about the left and right rear seats, instinct suggests they would do the job but personally I'd want to try them first. Unfortunately i didn’t know anyone with a Renault Scenic that i could borrow the seats out of so just played safe.

The subframes the seats come with are good and usable, you just have to unbolt the 'claw' sections that fit into the Renault's floor.

These ones are presumably pop up ones which are actually in the boot? From a grand scenic? I did wonder about the left and right rear seats but they look wider than the centre one.

Only reason I ask is I have sourced some which will be cheap.....very cheap

They were from the 5 seater Scenic. Ive not encountered the 7 seater Grand Scenic so could not be sure if they were the same seats. It could be worth a trip to a breakers yard with a tape measure.
