Cad people

Anyone here a wiz at cad that can knock me up a rendered pictue of a roadster with a 230mm extended bonet with standard nose cone. With wheels 235/40/17 rears and 215/40/17 fronts with arches that cover? Or even a Photoshop would be great as all I can use is ms paint!
