Front brackets problem
So I made front part of frame, everything with frame are OK, FF1, FF2, FF3 and FF4 are correct, jigs and brackets are correct. But I have a space between FF2/FF3 and upper/lower brackets. Left and right side of frame looks the same.
any help ?

I think you'll find this is a common problem many of us have had to have a small spacer behind the bracket. I'm sure others will confirm this.
I can't remember how big my spacers needed to be, a couple of mm I think. J |

I think it should be 4mm by side/bracket

my spacers were 3mm, so yes its a common problem but easily resolved.

Any body want to know why you need spacers? The book says the top part of the front frame is 630mm on the tube listing and 627mm on the tech drawing, cut to 627mm. Instead of notching the tube and bending it, cut through it. when you make the front jig put two blocks either side of the lower part of the frame to hold it SQUARE to the base. The top small part of the dog leg weld square to the top rail. The lower section weld square to the build board. It'll look twisted but it works.
