Default MX5 Wishbones?

Hi

I take it I cant use these? They look quite good. Is it possible to adapt the chassis to use these rather than fabricate new ones or is it not worth the hassle?

the rear ones can work quite well on a roadster, i believe a chap already did it but i cant remember his user name. what i do remember is that his rear tub was square if that jolts someones memory.
