Default Ford Zetec 2.0

Hi all,
A while ago, i bought a new Ford Zetec 2.0
To complete my registration and technical inspection in Belgium, i am in need of a engine certificate with age, technical data and a serial number.
On the cam cover there is a sticker with a barcode and some numbers.
Can someone help me ?

I also had to do the same for my IVA. If you send a letter to ford with your engine number (located on the exhaust side, on the crankshaft end).

They will get back to you reasonably quickly with the engine age and some technical data whilst mentioning your serial number.

The template for the letter and the address is shown in this thread:

The problem is that i don't have a engine number. if you take a zetec engine out a mondeo or focus, you always have a engine number located on the place that you mentioned. An engine gets a Ford engine number when they place the engine in the car, but mine is brand new, bought it on a crate.
And the only thing i can find is that sticker.

Google the ford engine plant address in Bridgend Wales,it would look like that one was built there.

They may be able to help if you supply them with the info from the tag.
