Default Pedal bushes

Has anyone got tips on where to get the bushes, crush tube and the 'outer' tube for the book spec pedals from? Or some appropriate alternatives?

Most tubing I see for sale is in lengths rather longer than I would want given the brake, clutch and accelerator pedals must only use about 80mm in total...!

I may have a spare set I never used. If you can hold on till tomorrow i can check in the garage. Cover postage and you can have them if they are the right bits

If you have done the rear part of your chassis as in the book, with the 2 round tubes RP1 and RP2, you should have 19mm round tube leftovers. I used these to make the bush-tubes of my pedals.
Then I carved the bushes in a Teflon rod (would have been better to turn them with a lathe, but I had no possibilities to do so)
See beginning of this post on my blog.
