Default what silencer?

started looking at my exhaust what silencer are you running and from where? im using 1.8 mx5 seen some horror prices so far

I bought all my Exhaust parts from

And iv just passed my IVA with an MX5 1.8 engine

I bought a universal 24" long stainless silencer for about £50 from http://www.mijexhaust.com/ which was really good quality and my MX5 engine is very quiet as well. They are on ebay as well but featured on Carr SOS when they replicated a Fiat exhaust in stainless

so ordered all my exhaust from this company , 2x90bends 1x 45 bend 1m stainless pipe, cat and 5" silencer and iva rounded tail pipe And two hanger for the silencer. £160 delivered, very happy with it all except the stainless hangers not ive friendly with sharp edges etc but fine to modify to suit,

Hello Richard,

Where did you get the silencer from that you have mentioned above, did it comes with the 90 degree rolled end to turn the fumes away from the rear arch.

see the post further up for the link mij exchaust .com. i bought through ebay. its just a straight silencer and i bought a bend and a rolled tail to weld on , started car for the first time yesterday and its nice and quiet
