Well my job for tomorrow is
Lift engine/box cut off mounts and reposition everything Give me something to do while I'm waiting on my turbo manifold anyway |

What a burger,think I would tempted to trim and strengthen the arm to try and clear it to get the travel.

I ended up taking engine and box out and repositioned the mounts
At the same time I'm moving the engine over towards the passenger side slightly To give me more clearance under the bonnet |

Yes mine is offset slightly to the near side to clear the plenum

Perhaps this ought to be put out as good advice, mount the engine farther forward and slightly towards the nearside, as I did as well, second time of fitting, to clear clutch and in my case brake master cylinder

I think it should be included in the new version of the Haynes book if it ever gets reprinted
