Default Roll cage bender, help required!

Hello all

Been a while since I have been on and work on car has been slow. I am after some help. I have bought some 2"CDS to make a MSA spec cage. Problem is my tube bender is ok with thick wall steel but just creases this stuff.
I know that people say to fill with sand etc but not sure how successful that will be and this stuff is bloody expensive to keep ballsing it up! I don't really want to fork out for a mandrel bender either.

Does anyone have a mandrel bender or know anybody how might bend it for me? I am in North Wales.

Thanks
Leroybrown

You need a bender with former and guide like the H3 hilmor, you are welcome to borrow it.

Mine is the same as the one below but has been converted to electric/hydraulic.

Hi mate, I think I know someone that can do it for you down in Holt, they do agricultural work but can do some serious shit work, give me a bell next week, as i'm crazy busy right now, and we can sort something out, it will be easier to take you there rather than try to direct you.
