time for middyhahaha?
Not that I'm making a seven but have been looking at the lack of Sierras around and what else could be used.
Yes could go the mazda bmw route but is there anything else out there? Or are the likes of 3ge Saturn etc already hard it with the next option? |

You're right Mark, there are still Sierra's about but as they say maybe it's time for a change.
Sure somebody will come up with alternatives. AndyH

Me and my mate are planning our joint build eventhough i hav'nt even started the first (no harm in thinking ).
we are thinking of going down the Bike engine route and have spoken to a few people and certain track days would allow the car on track even if not IVA'd.

I have been involved with a company that is producing a single seater GSXR1000 based super trike. Using what we have learned from 'playing' with the trike chassis and my grass track back ground I am toying with building a single seater for track days and hill climbs, basicly a 'locost' formula ford. It's some thing I'm considering but it will have to wait as I still have a 60x60 barn to fab and erect and a few other Roadster based products to get developed. The saying 'so much to do with so little time' springs to mind. Who knows I might even finish one project before I start the next, one day.
I think MK have the right idea as it's the same basic shape as the Roadster and still uses easy find parts. www.mkengineering.co.uk
