![]() Hi all could do with a quick answer have got my engine and chassis on the building board and need to now how much off the sump i can have below the floor line off the chassis so i can get on with waking the naighbours up with the angle grinder making some mounts.

![]() If memory serves me right, I believe there is about 100mm clearance between chassis & ground.
I wouldn't want more than 25mm of sump bellow the chassis ![]()

![]() insurance shouldn,t be too bad if you go with a kit car insurer, also depends on your age/driving experience. enjoy making the mounts. ![]() if i may add, try & locate the regulator/rectifier somewhere where it gets airflow over it as they get hot & burn out, honda,s achilles heel. cheers andy |
