IVA manual revised again???
Just looking to print out a copy and noticed we are now on version 5

Hmmm,
The version you link to as version 4 has version 5 on it dated 24/5/2010 as does the version you link to as version 5! Since the IVA is permanent euro legislation (the SVA was temporary) then it will keep getting updated every time they think of something to change (it's how euro legislation works). BC.
