Default Painting chassis

I'm thinking of using this to paint the chassis, but I'm worried it's getting too cold for it to set. Thoughts? Can you paint it over etch primer?

It's basicly the same as 2pack but being a little cold it may be like working with Marmite, it will go off it just may take a few days longer before it can be handled. It should go over the etch with out any issues it's only dusted on just don't thin it down too much other wise the thinners may act as a stripper.
