Default Front upright mushroom insert.

Hi does any one know what torque you would apply to the bolt that clamps the mushroom insert into the upright think it is made from cast iron wouldn't want to crack it .

Regards

Hi,

Personally, I applied the same torque as the Ford Sierra maintenance manual gives for the shock absorber on the front upright, which is 8 to 9 m.kg.

Hope that will help
