bonnet foam strip?

by the looks of it i need some packing to go between the nose/scuttle and the bonnet for allignment and chaffing

any one know the perfect thickness of stickky foam to fit or should i be using somthing else?

also any good and cheap places to buy it

I was thinking of using knock on seal or knock on trim I usually get that kind of stuff from work think they use Albert jagger or Cbf (commercial body fittings)
