Fat bucket seat coming soon.:)
Neither my friend nor I can get our ample proportions into a bucket seat that fits the roadster . Dave from Equinox has kindly given us a seat to stretch so he can mold off it and make some for us , if sucessful which I am sure they will be he will be keeping the mold and they will be available from him.
Already managed to wedge them out approx 50mm and there is still plenty of room in the chassis for more. Just need to brace up the mold now and have a trial sit in it. If all is well we will put the outside return lip back on and get it prepped for molding. Bob

I'll be putting my order in when they are done then, mainly due to having a 46" waist (child bareing hips, puppy fat...).
Having said that I have an MX5 based chassis order on the books for making one 150mm wider but still using the standard track so that arm chairs can be fitted

About time someone catered for the larger builder.

As soon as they are done Dave at Equinox will have the mold and he will be making them so give him a shout in a couple of weeks. I will take them out as far as I can because its easier to add a bit of padding if they need some .

My 36 inch chassis doesn't need a larger seat but I am glad someone is catering for the pie eating population among us

The template in the book for ally seat is a good size for the larger chappy.
