Default pedal return springs?

Hi guys,
nice to see forum back on line, funny but when you don't have things around
when you want, you don't realise how much you miss them!
Anyway, back to my question, what return springs are people using on the pedal assy. I don't have sierra to break so could do with a few ideas.

thanks,

tony

The brake master cylinder will push back from the hydraulic pressure. The throttle will be pulled back by the carb / throttle body assembly and the clutch will be pulled back by the clutch cover plate.

So in short... no extra springs required.
