Toyota Supra As A Donor ?
Hi All,
I just joined this wonderful world of locosts and would like you all to welcome me here (say hello ). I'm planing my build for the coming summer and was thinking of using a MKIII Toyota Supra any thoughts ? The engine is a bit big (7M-GE) I'm not sure if its going to fit. What I'm looking for is a 190+bhp donor car. Haven't got many options since I live in Saudi Arabia, most cars here are either big V8s or small 4 cylinder fwd. Please share your thoughts. Saad. |

A warm welcome.
Hello & welcome to the forum
I can't realy help with advice on the Toyota engine Is the Toyota MR2 or Mazda MX5 available in Saudi. I would imagine the Audi range of engines shouldn't be too hard to find. If you are looking for power perhaps the Range rover V8 could be sourced I am sure you will get some sound advice on here. OH, I nearly forgot the BMW engine option

I think going the BMW route would be better as they are found all over the place like plastic bags....
