Front Upright Caster

I have put the front together and find that with the upper wishbone installed (long arm forward) and eccentric mushroom in place (hole forward) the upper/lower balljoints are not aligned vertically. There appears to be maybe 7 to 8 degrees positive (rearward) caster.

Is this about right?

Yes this is right. otherwise the steer wouldn't come back in the middel after a turn.
