Default In an Ideal world.......

Which is the sierra to go for? Idealy i'm after a pinto 1.6-2.0 type 9 5 speed front disks and rear disks and want to keep as much as possible from the donor as I prefere an age related plate.
Is it possible to get this from one car? and what age am I looking for? I understand that i'm not likely to get the back disks but if I get these from another vehicke would there be enough bits from the original donor?
Thanks in advance!

You don't really need discs on such a light weight car but they do make things look neater.
