In detail mx5 build plans !
If you go onto the locostbuilders.co.uk website, look for the haynes Roadster section, and in there you will find the original saturn sports cars mx5 build plan. It more comprehensive than the one on the Gillham online site. I hope that this helps everybody, as the build spec seems a lot more comprehensive with part numbers of bearings etc, it answered all of my questions & more. I don't know how to put the link on here sorry, but I have entered the details above, so hopefully you can get to the plans using my map ! Lol

I did only put the plans on there because there was lots of people asking for them. They're not owned or created by me, they are basically the first version of the plans from the Saturn website, that is now Gilham. But their current version is about half of the document and worse than useless.
They're definitely not complete though, there are several measurements missing. As I find them I will add them to the blog. At the moment I'm currently dismantling the rear end of an MX5 to work out how long the wishbones need to be! |
