Default Help Which Bodywork

I have the cash for my bodywork (it's taking a lot of selling!!)
There's currently only two options
AGM or Equinox.

Equinox - full length side panels, bonnet fits/locks into place, scuttle has a recess in for neat dash mounting. 1 inch higher than "standard", plain nose cone. future dash panel, aero screen, rear cover etc

AGM - nicer nose, standard profile which looks better IMO, not full length side panels, no neat touches and not heard of any future other products.

So which one?????

Here's a pic of a GTS wide.
http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/view...php?tid=172829

you can see that the scuttle sits a good amount taller. I'd need to see the equinox kit on a car to know if I'd like the look of it as its 1 inch higher than the saturn/nts scuttle (good for tall engines mind).

I'm not a big fan of the GTS wide scuttle/bonnet height.

The GTS wide scuttle looks odd as it stands far too upright compared to the angles that surround it such as the seat back and rear arches. The radious that blends the sides in to the top also does not help matters and perhaps a bigger curve/radious would have given it less boxy look, this is what happens when you cut and shut body parts to make them bigger instead of starting again.

Equinox Scuttle isnt the GTS Wide. The GTS wide is a 2 inches wider than haynes for starters.

Plus the pictures you posted, are they your scuttle? If so, why does the dash area angle back so much? You'd get major glare off the dials at that angle! Plus you'd have loads of steering column sticking out at the top. Looks strange?!

That picture is not very good at showing off the true angles of the scuttle. The angle at which that picture was taken was all over the place, the car ramp is sat on the side of the ramp to the workshop and the front bar of the buck is hanging off the car ramp. This is why I have put off posting crappy moby phone previews of body work in the past.

If you go back and read my reply to MikeB's post I was talking about the GTS wide and why it might look odd. The pics that I have posted are of my fabricated parts shown for comparison. I have not even mentioned the name Equinox or the shape of any of their body work in any of my posts untill now so please tell me where have I put their body work down?
