Default bonding cycle wings?

If I want to bond my grp cycle wings to my metal wing mounts what is the best way of doing it.
Stickaflex or laminate in with grp where two ideas I had in mind.
I don't want to drill holes to make nice spider cracks but I don't want them to fly of either.
Also I hear of people coating the inside of wings to stop stone damage etc does. Everyone do this?

That sikaflex takes some beating if its used in bone dry warm conditions. You would get a smile out of my misses before it lets go

I coated under my rear wings, clamshells as well as my nosecone using a truckbox bedliner.
The coating is very light as well as very strong and so far none of the many rocks coming off the wheels has cracked or damaged the top surface of the fiberglass, it has worked out perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate recommending its use.

It looks excellent. Could you please give more detail about the product you used? I don't really understand what it is.
Thanks

The cobras suffered with stone impact from under the wings and everyone used that rubberised underseal http://htsmall.classicchevy.com/asse.../88-0278-1.jpg It works well but you do need to gag it on there to build up the thickness.

I remember Myth busters testing spray/paint on epoxy truck bed liner they covered a whole car with it and crashed in to various things, it acted like reinforcement to the panels so might even add alittle strength to the GRP.

I took 30 x 5mm flatbars the length to fit inside the wing and drilled 2 holes through it to the outside diameter size of 8mm nuts. Knocked the nuts flush into the holes and brazed (weld) fast and grind off the excess of nut protruding out of the plate. Drilled similar spaced holes into the wing brackets at correct alignment.
A couple of random "locking" holes were drilled through these plates for the GRP to grip properly to plates and prevent movement when laminate is filled into these holes.
These "bracket" plates were bedded on epoxy and laminated to the bottom of the cycle wings. The bolts were cut to length not to touch the wings when fastened and installed with a bit of Locktite fluid applied.
Need and clean installation with no bolts through wings..

EDIT: I laminated all my wings, fenders and bonnet using CoreMat sandwich construction. Used 3mm CoreMat between two single layers of 450g/csm and is immensely strong and light and stones from road have no impact on the wings/rear fenders because of the CoreMat which protect the top layer.

It is a urethane two part epoxy that dries hard and yet retains some flexibility.
I used it after I seen my friends Cobra starting to show 'star' cracks where rocks had come up off his tires and hit the underneath of his cobras fenders, or wings.
The product I used can be mixed to other colours, but in my case I just left it black as my clamshells are black anyway.
The product is normally used for inside pick truck boxes to protect them from damage, also a lot of off road people use for the floors of their Jeeps and such.
Goes on real easy with a roller or brush, also doesn't give off any odor.
I have ended up on a bit of gravel road at some point and I have taken some really hard hits with rocks off the tires and so far the fibreglass hasn't shown any damage in the paint.
